I call it my everyday face routine, but I don’t actually do it everyday; I’m too lazy. But whenever I do do a flawless full-faced look, these are the products that I have been using. I have spent years trying out different products and these products are the best that I have found. I can promise you that all of these products work really well–the reason I am doing this face routine now is because I have found all of the right products, and I feel like now I have to perfect flawless face routine.
Foundation: I begin by using my all-time favorite foundation, Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua, in the shade 22 Beige Rose. This is the best foundation I have ever used. I have tried many different foundations, both high-end and drugstore, and none of them are as good as this one. This foundation is truly amazing. It gives you the most beautiful, flawless air-brushed finish to your skin that looks so natural. This foundation is SO easy to apply; it barely takes any effort to blend this foundation out and give you that flawless finish. There is no way that this foundation could make you look cakey. This foundation also provides great coverage and has awesome staying powder. I cannot say enough good things about this foundation; you have to try it out for yourself! I apply this foundation all over my face using the Elf foundation brush, which makes applying foundation so quick and easy. This is such a great brush, and it is also really cheap!
Concealer: I have two different concealers that I absolutely love, and they are the Nars Radiant Creamy concealer and the Maybelline Fit Me concealer. Both of these concealers are pretty much exactly the same except that the Maybelline one is much less expensive and could be even better than the Nars one. Both of these concealers are amazing; they are very smooth and provide great coverage. I use my fingers to apply the concealer and then pat the product into my skin. The warmth of my fingers help the product sink into my skin, and the concealer looks smooth and flawless.
Powder: I have two different powders that I like to use. Lately, I have been using the Too Faced Primed and Poorless Powder. This is an amazing HD powder that really smooths your skin. The packaging for this powder is so cute. I dust this over my foundation with a large powder brush.
Bronzer: One of my favorite parts of my makeup routine is my bronzer! I use the Too Faced Chocolate Bronzer which is so fun to use, because it truly smells just like chocolate! It seriously smells so good. And of course more importantly, it is an excellent bronzer. The shade I use, Light/Medium, perfect for my skin tone. It gives my skin just the right amount of bronze without looking too dark or orange. The packaging for this bronzer is also really cute; I love Too Faced packaging! This bronzer is just wonderful. I apply it on on my temples, forehead, cheeks, nose, and chin with an ELF flat powder brush that is great for applying bronzer.
Contour: Contouring my cheekbones to me is one of the most satisfying parts of my makeup routine. I love to give my cheekbones that sexy sculpting. I used to use a Ben Nye contouring palette, but now I use a MAC blush in the color Harmony to contour with that I like better, because it is more pigmented. Harmony is the perfect contouring shade for my fair skin tone. I use my MAC 109 brush to blend this powder into the hollows of my cheekbones for a defined contour look, and I absolutely love the way it looks.
Blush: I also have a Ben Nye palette of blushes that I like to use, but for now the blush I have been using is from the new MAC Mariah Carey collection. I use the color called “You’ve Got Me Feeling”. I switch blushes often, and this blush is one of my favorites. Pink is definitely my favorite blush color, and I am always searching for the best pink blush that gives your cheeks that perfectly pink flush. This pink blush gives my cheeks a really beautiful pink flush and is very pigmented. I apply this blush with my Morphe blush brush.
Highlighter: For my highlighter, I have been using the Anastasia Glow palette. The highlighters in this palette give your skin the most beautiful glow. I usually use the champaign color, called Moonstone. Using a small stifling brush, I place this powder on the top of my cheek bones, and it makes my skin look slowly and luminous. I only apply a little bit so that it is subtle and natural-looking.
Finishing Spray: Lastly, I spritz my face with a bit of MAC Fix+ to give my skin a nice dewy finish. I love the way this finishing spray smells; it is so refreshing.
